TapeShare is provided as a tool for creating, annotating, and sharing photos and files directly from your device. You are responsible for how you use the App and for any content you create or share.

You agree to use TapeShare only for lawful purposes.

All photos, annotations, measurements, notes, and files created using TapeShare (“User Content”) are created and controlled by you.

You retain ownership of your User Content.

TapeShare does not store or manage your files on its servers.

You are solely responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and use of any content you create or share.

TapeShare makes no guarantees regarding the accuracy of measurements or annotations created with the App.

TapeShare may offer optional language translation features to assist with communication. Translation functionality is powered by Apple’s translation services and may operate on-device depending on system availability.

Translations are provided for convenience only and may vary in accuracy based on language, context, and phrasing. Users are responsible for reviewing and confirming translated content before relying on it for work, instructions, or decisions.

TapeShare may be used in professional or work-related contexts; however, it is provided “as is” and for general use only.

You acknowledge that:

• Measurements and annotations should be independently verified
   
• TapeShare is not a substitute for professional judgment, surveying, engineering, or inspection services
   

You assume all risk associated with relying on content created using the App.

When you share a file using TapeShare, sharing occurs through your device’s built-in sharing features (such as Messages, Mail, or other apps).

Once shared, you understand that:

• You are responsible for who receives the content
   
• Recipients may save, forward, or modify shared files
   
• TapeShare is not responsible for how shared content is used by others
   

Certain features of TapeShare may require a subscription or in-app purchase.

Payments are handled through the App Store.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled through your App Store account.

Pricing and terms are disclosed at the time of purchase.

TapeShare does not manage or store payment information.

The TapeShare app, including its design, interface, logos, and software, is owned by TapeShare and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer the App except as permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

TapeShare shall not be liable for any damages resulting from the use or inability to use the App.

This includes, but is not limited to, errors, inaccuracies, data loss, or reliance on shared content.

Your use of TapeShare is at your own risk.

TapeShare is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific needs.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App if these Terms are violated.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
