TapeShare started on a job site. It came from the same problems every contractor deals with-trying to explain something simple, and watching it turn into confusion. 

A few texts. A couple photos. Maybe a quick sketch.

Still not clear.

Things get installed wrong. Materials get wasted.
Time gets lost fixing mistakes that shouldn’t have happened in the first place. And the worst part is it’s not the work. It’s the communication.

After dealing with it over and over, it became obvious:

Explaining isn’t the problem. Not being able to show clearly is.

Other tools didn’t solve it.

Basic markup apps weren’t precise enough to show exact placement. Project management apps were too slow, too complicated, and not built for quick use in the field.

Nothing worked the way it needed to on a real job site.

So TapeShare was built from scratch. Something simple. Fast. Precise. Something you could use with one hand and send in seconds.
